A: Shipping times vary. Ready-to-ship items process in under 5 days; made-to-order dresses take 2-3 weeks. Contact us for details. Express shipping via DHL is available; provide your phone number for shipping notifications.

You are entitled to a risk-free return within 14 days of your purchase. If you have exceeded the 16-day return window, you will not be eligible to return the item. Please find below our simple returns and exchanges policy tailored to your location:

- You are entitled to a risk-free return within 14 days of your purchase.
- Reasons for return may include incorrect size, receiving a defective item.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Rush fees are non-refundable.
- Please initiate the return process by contacting us and stating the reason for return within five days of receiving your item.
- Our warehouses are located in Cyprus and China, and you can choose either location to return the dress.
- Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

- Returns and exchanges are acceptable with certain conditions.
- If returning a faulty, wrong size or incorrect item, you may need to arrange your own method of return.
