International purchases can only be returned by post. You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of fitting, we do not offer refunds on custom-made and plus size items, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality. Sizing & fit issuesAs all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customer tailored the finished gown may vary by approximately 1 inch in the the specified measurements. To ensure that the item will still fit you perfectly, our highly skilled tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.
